Dear JP Parents and Guardians, 

On Monday, November 18th  our school will be participating in the JPES Fun Run. The funds collected will go to the Jim Pearson PTO to help fund different PTO sponsored activities throughout the school year and any other needs that arise during the school year. We hope you can help us by sponsoring your child. You can also ask family and friends if they would like to help sponsor your child. 

! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD WEARS TENNIS SHOES ON THIS DAY!

PLEASE MAKE ALL SPONSORSHIPS A FLAT DONATION! 

There are 2 ways to give:

1. Send in your flat donation with your child by cash or check. Make checks payable to Jim Pearson Elementary School. Please write FUN RUN and your phone number on the memo line. 

2. Sponsors will also be able to make donations online through leanstream. The link for leanstream will be posted on Class Dojo, The Jim Pearson Facebook page, and the Jim Pearson PTO page. When making a donation online please remember to put YOUR STUDENT’S NAME and STUDENT’S TEACHER so they get credit. 

In order to be eligible for the Fun Run Incentives ALL SPONSORSHIPS ARE DUE BY NO LATER THAN

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18th. 

FUN RUN INCENTIVES:

1. FUN RUN KID: Students who receive a sponsorship ($10 or more) will receive a mini pop -it keychaint.

2. FUN RUN SUPERSTAR: Students who earn $100 or more will receive a mini pop-it keychaint and an invitation to our FUN RUN SUPERSTAR PARTY! 

3. The TOP TWO earners will win a Hoverboard

4. The TOP EARNING GRADE: will win a popsicle party in each classroom.

5. The TOP EARNING CLASS: will win a pizza and ice cream picnic

   (PRIZES WILL BE GIVEN OUT AT A LATER DATE DUE TO THE FUN RUN BEING AN ALL DAY EVENT!)

Our hope is that we can help provide a fun and encouraging environment  for our students, their families, and our school’s faculty and staff. EVERY CHILD WILL BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FUN RUN REGARDLESS OF THE SPONSORSHIPS THEY RECEIVE.
